Returns Agreement Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped goods.
1.2 Goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
1.3 Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Request Procedure
2.1 Buyer must notify Seller of the intent to return goods within seven (7) business days of receipt. Please note, there may be a restocking fee of 25% + shipping cost in certain cases.
2.2 Notification must include order number, item description, reason for return, and photographic evidence if applicable.
2.3 Seller will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number upon approval along with details of what is being returned and the delivery address.
3.1 Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to supplier’s error.
3.2 Goods must be shipped to the address provided with the RMA.
3.3 Risk of loss remains with Buyer until goods are received and inspected by Seller.
4. Inspection and Refunds
4.1 Returned goods will be inspected within ten (10) business days of receipt.
4.2 If the return is approved, Seller will issue a refund or replacement within ten (10) business days.
4.3 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
5.1 Seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or storage by Buyer.
5.2 No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
5.3 This Policy does not apply to end-consumer transactions or retail sales.
6.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
6.2 Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.
