Delivery & Shipping Policy
Southgate Global ships products throughout the United States using FedEx as our primary fulfilment and delivery partner. Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on product availability, order size, and destination. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, delivery location, and selected service level.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with FedEx tracking information so you can monitor delivery status.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be noted at the time of delivery and reported to Southgate Global within 48 hours of receipt.
