WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Returns Policy:

We accept returns within 7 business days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Items Eligible for Return
• Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.
• Custom or special order items are not eligible unless defective.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. Include:
• Order number.
• Item(s) you wish to return.
• Reason for return.
• Photos of any damage or defect.

Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, incorrect item), we cover return shipping.
• For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
• A 25% restocking fee + shipping may apply in certain cases.

Refund Processing Time
• Returned items are inspected within 10 business days of arrival.
• Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.

Non Returnable Items:
• Custom or special order products.
• Items returned without an RMA.
• Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
