The RXT12 is an industrial, heavy-duty battery powered friction weld strapping tool engineered to maximize throughput in high volume palletizing and shipping operations. Capable of tensioning, sealing, and cutting plastic strapping in under 3 seconds, this cordless hand banding machine delivers industrial-strength stabilization for heavy, shifting, or awkward loads with minimal operator effort.

By utilizing advanced thermal friction technology, the RXT12 fuses polyester (PET) and polypropylene (PP) banding together into a permanent bond. This entirely eliminates the ongoing requirement, inventory, and material expense of traditional metal seals.
