How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Each interchangeable, long-life power pack provides up to 12 hours of continuous use based on a standard warehouse tech setup (laptop + label printer + scanner). Because every MPW unit is supplied with two of these interchangeable power packs, your facility can run a continuous, multi-shift operation, whilst the other charges.
What types of warehouse equipment can I plug into the MPW?
The integrated Mobile Power Supply (MPS) features a specialized hub designed to power standard distribution center hardware. It includes a DC-to-DC 19V laptop output, a variable 12V/24V/36V DC-to-DC printer output, USB/USB-C ports, and multi-purpose AC outlets. It is also certified to accept an included 4-gang Power Distribution Unit (PDU), allowing you to run multiple standard plug devices simultaneously.
Can the workstation layout be adjusted for different operators?
Yes, ergonomics are central to the cart's architecture. The workstation features a height-adjustable trolley powered by integrated gas struts, allowing operators to instantly modify the working height between 41.1 inches and 46.6 inches (1045 mm to 1185 mm). The shelving layout is also completely adjustable and removable to safely accommodate various hardware dimensions.
Is the workstation delivered assembled, or is setup required?
The MPW is shipped fully assembled directly to your facility. There is no complex mechanical assembly or tool tracking required upon arrival.
